Our story
We built La Livita because confidence shouldn't have an expiration date or a calendar one.
La Livita was founded on a simple conviction: that every woman and girl deserves to participate fully in her life, every day of the month. Whether that means competing in the pool, training at the gym, sitting through a school day, or traveling for work, a period should never be the reason to hold back.
What began as a search for something better turned into a rigorous product development process, working with OB-GYNs, testing against more than twenty competing brands, and certifying every material to OEKO-TEX® standards. The result is a collection of period underwear and swimwear designed to perform where it counts, without compromising on what goes next to your skin.

Every La Livita product is free of PFAS and harmful chemicals, leakproof for over 100 washes, and engineered with four-layer technology built for real movement, in and out of the water. We don't cut corners on materials, and we don't ask our customers to either.
